Does CSSC ask for personal information ?
YES. CSSC will ask for your name, address, email address (mandatory), and other personal information when you register on the ezFirePlan website. Several places on our site may require personal information if you choose to use them, such as our registration form, data forms, online survey, various contests or promotions, and other services that require registration or subscription.
